I am a 19-year-old film student who is hearing. When observing a beautiful teen deaf relationship when traveling to Uni by train. It sparked me to write this script "Here In Silence". It is a story about a teenage boy James and a deaf teenage girl Isabelle meeting unintentionally when they miss their train. As they wait they learn to communicate and form a friendship. I feel the script will benefit if it had a deaf perceptive. At the moment I am casting a deaf actress and the script will change with her thoughts as well.
I was just wondering if you have any ideas and suggestions to make the piece better or if you have any similar past experiences that could help the story.
