Need help finding secondary alert system for cell phone

I have a friend that uses a blackberry for messaging as his primary means of communication. The only problem is that he doesn’t always feel the vibrations that the phone puts out. I am trying to find something that will light up when a new message comes in, also it would be nice if it operated off of Bluetooth so that he wouldn’t have to tether his phone to a device all the time. If anyone has any information i would greatly appreciate it.

Try tecear.com they have alot of devices and educational links as well.

I bought my home loop system from them. The owner is also very helpful.
