mywebsearch on IE problem

Mywebsearch is killing me every time it come up. When I click new windows, the toolbar has been changed. It shown mywebsearch on top. My original options for view don’t shown. When that happened, I had to do restore my system. I don’t want to do that again every time. I looked for Add/Remove, mywebsearch don’t shown there. How will I get rid of it and prevent it from happening again? I hope you know what I’m talking about.

Remove Mywebsearch, Mysearch, My Search Bar, My Way Speedbar

Thanks for suggestion. I already tried uninstalled weatherbug from browser then restarted. I think mywebseach is relating to it. Next time if I still have problem then I will look up that link you gave here. Once it's no problem, don't try something else. Ha ha. Once again thanks
