I haven't been on AD all that long. Although this place has surely become my safe haven. A place where I proudly say "my world" understand me 
. In a world where there seems so many exceptions for everyone else and none for us it can seem unjust, harsh and unfair. I have had my fair share of tears, pain and heart ripped open.
Nothing is more painful seeing your own children having such handed down to them.
As a mother, and a woman where could I go and safely vent? Express my thoughts, my anger, and my heartbreak? Who would actually understand me?
Here I am not afraid to show my pain, my frustrations, my hurt. I am able to freely express and not fear judgement. This place has truly given me a sense of security. No one will ever tell, anyone.
I can share, and in some respects have the key to the lock.
When I am in need of anything, I can unlock it and just come inside.
Shut the door behind me, and yes...come into my own world once again.
