I am part of 2008 and currently 2009 Summer Academy for the Advanced Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Computing,

Anyways, I got my hand on this device called MobileASL, it was developed by the University of Washington.

I remember about that from last year and it's neat but problem it only work on 3G or WIFI only. So American is not enough 3G for ATT,T-mobile, and Sprint. So Verizon is only choose.
