Hey all,
I am working on my final year computing project and I was thinking of creating a program that will allow mobile service providers to offer deaf and hard of hearing people customer service centre that is text based. What I know is happening at the moment is that most customer service offered by major mobile providers here in the UK is designed to cater for the hearing community I have not yet heard of a service center that can also help deaf people.
I was wondering may be in the US you already got such services and if yes i would like to know how they work there. I would also appreciate if people can send me their views on this idea.
