ESPN - MLB approves replay in series that start Thursday - MLB

They review instant replays on home runs only where they can determine whether the ball hit the fair pole, fans interfere and the fly balls go over the wall.

That might be a good idea to clear up whether a ball has gone past the foul line on the right side or the wrong side for a homerun or a foul ball.. and as for fans trying to grab te balls that should be made automatic out if the home team try to hit the ball to the fence and the opposing fielder is trying to get the ball for the out and the fans could interfer with that... simple enough
