I know this is a few days old but I thought I'd post it in here for others to see.


Missing Woman Last Seen Near Bus Stop

LOS ANGELES -- A family is asking for help in locating a 21-year-old deaf woman who disappeared Friday near a bus stop.

Erika Monica Barrios was last seen at Marlton Charter School, 4000 Santo Tomas Drive. She was walking on Marlton Street toward an MTA bus stop at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Barrios knows American Sign Language. She is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 150 to 155 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Barrios' residence is in Wilmington. A missing persons report was filed Monday.

Call the Los Angeles Police Department Harbor Division at (310) 548-7605 with information.

Whether or not this is a few days old and no recent updates--will make this 'sticky' for the time being...in hopes that perhaps anyone here or for those who visit/lurk in AD might have an idea of her whereabouts. ;)
 
dang.. so sad to hear that she disappeared.. i hope she will be found soon.. sigh.. I will pray for her.

Thanks for making it a sticky for the time being. All I can hope is that the girl is found and brought back to home safely. I will try to find out if there's any more updates to this.
 
Any new updates about this missing girl?
Hopefully she will be found and returned to her family.

She is in my prayers and I hope she is returned back to her family alive and that she is alright. God Bless ...... :angel:
 
I do hope they find that girl,, i live in Los Angeles area...Lots of negative hope of finding her.... I do hope they will find her... I will keep my eyes open..I will talk to police living next door,,, both are from LAPD..
