Some fan offer me taste of their pizza and its OUT OF THIS WORLD!
1 10-ounce package refrigerated pizza dough
2-3 tomatoes must be 16-18 slices
1 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
1 2-1/2-ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 2-1/4-ounce can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
10 slices Pepperoni
Directions
1. Lightly grease an 11- to 13-inch pizza pan. Unroll pizza dough and transfer to greased pan, pressing out dough with your hands. Build up edges slightly. Prick generously with a fork. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Spread sliced tomatoes over hot crust. Top with cooked vegetables, mushrooms, and olives. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.Add 10 slices Pepperoni
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until cheese melts and bubbly. Makes 12 servings.
