Leicester: A man who sparked a nationwide manhunt after abducting his partially deaf six-year-old sister has been sentenced to 18 months' detention.

Michael Mangan, 20, from Bristol, grabbed Roseanne Mangan from outside a chip shop in Leicester on April 25 last year.

She was found safe and well in Dublin two-and-a-half weeks later.
