Very very delicious, try some, Crunch into the crisp, melt-in-your-mouth shortbread, and the chunks of our Mauna Loa roasted macadamia nuts, you'll know why these are our most popular cookies ever. In three flavors, our bite-size cookies have the perfect blend of classic flavors to bring Hawaii into your home year round. Choose from Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Chip, and Macadamia Nut Toffee Crunch. Or enjoy all three!

Recipe, if want to make some yourself...

Recipe for Moloka'i Macadamia Nut Cookies:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1/2 cup shortening, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 2 1/2 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar, 2 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1 cup chopped ROASTED macadamia nuts.
Combine dry ingredients, except the nuts. Mix butter, shortening and eggs until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients, mixing well. Add nuts. Drop 1 heaping teaspoon of mix on ungreased cookie sheet, placing each portion 2 inches apart. Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 10- 12 minutes.

*drooling!* Getting hungry for the nuts!

Javapride sent me the very very very best Macadamia nuts with Kona coffee! (Wanna do another swap, Java?)

Get some Kona coffee too

Kona Coffee is gourmet coffee grown only one place in the world... on the Island of Hawaii, on the golden Kona Coast, on a very small number of Kona coffee farms... most of them owned by the same kama'aina families for generations. But there is a difference between one Kona coffee and another Kona coffee.
