Yes. Apple Macintosh computers has that feature since for years.

Next time, please research via google. It's the quickest way to get an answer.
 
All Macs have DVD-ROM and CDRW combo drive standard for the base models.

The one your husband wants has the DVD/DVD burner and it will playback DVD movies, too.

Apple can do everything that have them. Not worry about. Apple first released its wireless in 1999 so called AirPort wireless not confuse with Airport. It works with all internet. Later PC caught up with Apple's popular wireless.

YES all models have included. You have to find HOT spot or wireless internet spot to connect the wireless internet where you go. They have wireless inside but you need wireless base in your own internet in your home, AirPort Express.

It does not include Apple - AirPort Express
