I am glad that the vague ruling made by FCC has gotten attention from the U.S. Congress.

Yes, I saw that. Ed has a lot of experience from his job as the head honcho of Communications in TX from which he is now retired and is half (not sure) owner of ConvoRelay; it is growing slowly but surely as he wants to do the right thing and provide a superior product. I knew him at Gallaudet a thousand years ago, lol.
