If I told people that I had a Mustang 5.0 GT or Camaro Z28, they would figure that my car is fast.
They may have no clue if I told them that I had an Eclipse GS-T or GSX. I would have to tell them that I've an Eclipse GSX turbo. You know, to let them know that the car is fast. It takes longer to finger spell Eclipse than Talon. Maybe it would help if I told them that I had a Talon TSI turbo. That is less fingerspelling to do.
I think that many deaf people would love to have a sport car that everyone knows about. That way, they don't have to finger spell "turbocharged". I think that is why Camaro Z28 and Mustang 5.0 GT are popular vehicles with deaf people. Do you agree?
