I know a guy who is a professional interpreter. He would post his own reviews on Facebook. He never mentioned venue or how many people he worked at or with. He only talked about what he felt he would improve from each job he had. He talk also talked about what he liked from each gigs.
It goes like Job #1:

I don't aspire to be an interpreter, but I'm impressed with his reviews. In my case, it would be me discussion how I would improve my interaction and what I did right interacting with customers.
It would be like me putting customer #1, #2, and so on....
It's amazing how he keeps up with that. He has been in the field for 3 years. I would be curious to see if he keeps up with his Facebook diary.
I personally think it would be great if more interpreters or interpreters to be did that. Maybe not every gigs, but how they would improve from some of their gigs.
