Interested in Deaf Culture

I am a hearing student taking a deaf culture class. I would like to talk with someone who can give me a better idea of what deaf culture is. I have also been studying ASL for the past 3 years and I really enjoy learning about the deaf community. If you would like to help me out I would really appreciate it.

Welcome, Cassie. It seems this is the season for researchers. I suggest you scroll down to "Deaf Interests." There are several sub-forums on your subject of interest. Start at the top and read through the posts. You'll soon find there's far more than one or two views of deaf culture. Enjoy!
