I can turn only from the left lane, right?
If street has a center left turn lane, I can use that too, right?

I have to make sure there is no car approaching me is closer than 200 feet
or 100 feet?

I can make a U-Turn on a red light and green light?

Why I can't make a U-Turn in front of a fire station or use their driveway?
