Hello all,

My astrospace IRC website had been shut down for long time, and I am needing to find free webhosting or cheap price with domain name..

1: find a website with subdomain (name . addy . com) free or paid provider.

2: find a website new domain name free or paid provider.

3: No more than $12 a year for paid hosting.

4: No more than $5 a year for domain price.

5: webspace size between 15 MB to 25 MB.

6: Bandwidth between 15 GB to 25 GB.

If all you want is a domain name with email and a simple "starter webpage" you can do that for not much more than $1 a month here But your requirements of 15 Gbyte/month I have never seen for less than $6 per month before.

10 years ago I used a 'free' website at fortunecity.com It was "supported by advertising". But after a few years they started installing spyware into computers of visitors so I had to erase that all real quick.

Does your "ISP" (internet service provider) give you webspace ? For example, I use bellsouth and they give webspace (limit of 1 Gbyte transfer per month). If you have a plan like that, then all you probably need to do is buy your domain name (with email at that domain name) for $11 per year and have the domain forwarded to your website.
