Hungry.. at overnight??

I have to question that I am starting a diet and no eating after 7 p.m.! I have a trouble that I wake up at 3:30 early morning, and my stomach begins growling for wanting to eat.


My question, Could I get out of my bed and go to the kitchen. Find a health snack much as bite an apple then go back to sleep, Or I could ignore it and continue to sleep?

You can have any fruits or veggies which is better than NONE! since you just started with your diet very recently therefore you can have one that is fruits or veggies in order to stop your noisy tummy. It is way better than cookies, cereals, cakes, sweet or foods. Stick with fruits and veggies. :D

remember fruits or veggies have low calories. It's OK!
 
Apples have lots of sugar! Remember to brush you teeth before going back to bed.
I think extra fillings in my teeth would be worse than hunger.
 
My friend advice me that do not eat.. Just drink lot of water then return to sleep! so I will try that one! :)
 
bott is right about brushing teeth after eating fruits before you go to bed.

sometimes i eat apple or veggies like in the 3 am. I do not want to be hungry before i go bed. Yes apple has sugar but natural sugar way better than artifical sugars. It depends on individuals how they eat and how much they eat each day.

Yes it is a good idea not to eat at night to get use to it. I may not be good at dieting. so good luck
 
Yes its worked.. I did drink full 8 oz water then went to snooze with no problem! :)

This has been an issue for me for many years. I eat for two :( and I still dunno how I'm still skinny :dunno:

I can never ignore my hunger. Sometimes I do but I get grumpy. I hate sleeping hungry so I just eat cereal or snacks or fruits. Since you're dieting, you'll have to prepare for this. Also it will take some time for your body to get used to it and sooner or later... you won't feel hungry like this again.

Avoid acidic type like orange. A bag of mixed nuts is good. Go to grocery and spend some time trying out many fruits. Get in habit of eating fruits/nuts between meals and after meals.
