I have to question that I am starting a diet and no eating after 7 p.m.! I have a trouble that I wake up at 3:30 early morning, and my stomach begins growling for wanting to eat.
My question, Could I get out of my bed and go to the kitchen. Find a health snack much as bite an apple then go back to sleep, Or I could ignore it and continue to sleep?
