I have a question for you all!

I've been wanting to make ASL Vlogs, but I'm not sure exactly how to do it the right way. Should I use my webcam and Microsoft Movie Maker and then upload it to some video hosting sites? (The quality, I've noticed, is not the best). Or should I just get mini-camcorder to record myself and then upload it to my computer to achieve better and smoother ASL quality?

Any ideas, tips or suggestions is much appreciated.

I got this from a friend of mine. I haven't tried it yet. That's for adding your vlog in DeafRead.

1.Create your own "website" - use this: https://www.blogger.com/start

2. Create ANOTHER one in blip.tv (beta)(For uploading videos).

3. After you set up your website (blog) go to Deaf Blogs and Vlogs - DeafRead on the right side it will say "Add a Link" put in your website.

Here's what you do:

Record yourself in webcam/then e-mail to yourself/open video "Save on desktop".

Go to blip.tv, click on UPLOAD (on top.)

Add title, then go to "Your File" click on "browse" find your file (video) and add in there.

Go to bottom see "UPLOAD" click on that, wait till upload.

It will show up in that description box- then COPY that whole thing (html).

Go to your blog.....click on "NEW POST" and PASTE that html in the description (be sure to add your own title).

then CLICK ON PUBLISH POST. You're done...wait for DeafRead to approve. (Make sure your link is in DeafREad first). smile!! IF DeafRead does not approve, it will be in the Extra, best to be Deaf issues/related....remember ANYTHING you publish in your blog...(website) will be shown public to DeafRead :)
