Hi AD readers,

I saw many good threads on hearing aids. I have and wear one behind the ear hearing aid. When it rains.... I put my hearing aid in my hand or in my pocket.... I was thinking of using a ziplock bag but they are too big. Where can I get a smaller ziplock bag that would fit BTE hearing aids perfectly when the weather is raining. You know the ziplock bags with a red seam? You know what I am talking about right???

Thanks and God Bless, Heath

Try a pocket dessicant. It could be simple as an empty cigarrette box with a small cloth bag of rice or other drying powder in it and it's good to keep your hearing aid dry in the box.

Hearing aid dealers have their own drying stuff to offer but that'll take a nasty bite out of your wallet.

I agree.....I always have my BTE on in the rain. :) But I also use an umbrella so that helps too. :)

Long hair is said to protect hearing aids so grow long hair like Fabio.
