How do you live with ear fullness?

I had SSNHL almost a year ago, and not only did I lose some of my hearing in one year, I also got tinnitus and a constant sensation of ear fullness. I know it's not as bad as what most of you are experiencing, but it still sucks to wake up everyday and be reminded of it. The hearing loss I can deal with, the tinnitus is not so bad and I can deal with that too. The worst is the ear fullness, and every time I talk, chew, cough, or even move my head a little, I can feel the sensation of pressure in my bad ear. I know there is no treatment for SSNHL and I know I won't get my hearing back, but are there remedies for the ear fullness? Has anyone had success getting the sensation of pressure to go away?
Thanks

You should discuss this the next time you visit to your ENT doctor.

Agree....I wouldn't wait long to make that appointment either. Whenever you have discomfort affecting your ears, see the doctor right away.

Already did. As expected, all he said was "live with it".

Try another doctor. If I went to the dentist and he told me he wanted to pull a tooth, I'd see another dentist for a second or third opinion. Doctors aren't all alike. I use "Rate an M.D." to read reviews from patients.
