how can my friend able to use Z4 or nTouch mobile on Samsung Galaxy S 3

I'm stumped because my friend was got a Samsung Galaxy S 3 and he had Z4 and nTouch mobile that works and he can chat on it. I just bought Galaxy S 3 and I couldn't get any VRS app to and use my VP on that phone. I don't understand how he got it to work.. if anybody had Z4 mobile, nTouch mobile or P3 works on Galaxy S 3, can anyone please tell me how to do it?

Did you sign up ZVRS or Did they will give you activation code as other phone numbers to open VP account on your smartphone? or download app from ZVRS website?

If you're hearing person without sign language as Maybe, you're disapproved for active to ZVRS. or Only U.S. citizenship. non-USA citizenship is not allowed by FCC rules.
