Did you have ur friend confirm it?? If they did then you should contact HOVRS customer svc or contact ur HOVRS rep. Make sure you are confirmed by them. If you are not then that probably why you were not moving to front door.
I got email from HOVRS rep to have me contact her. I called thru vp and she explained me that even though I filled out form but wasn't confirmed. So she advice me to get confirmation is to add HOVRS.tv and Help.Hovrs.tv to vp200 and call them. Once contacted both. On help.hovrs.tv, be sure to tell them to confirm you then call your Hovrs rep back to double check. I asked her how many contacts I can have it confirmed to move me to front door. She said 8 people or more is all you need. She said if ur friend not confirmed even they"re purple member. Contact hovrs rep and give ur friend's name and they"ll fix the problem even contact ur friend to fix it.
