BTW, in history it is rare to win any lawsuit over NDA. Only suckers would try to sue over NDA issues. You see why Coca~Cola, Micro$oft, KFC, etc never release their serects. That is because they KNEW that once it is released, there will never be able to go back and that lawsuits will always be fruitless.

So, back to the point, this is STUPIDIEST topic I ever heard of.

I made my comment already on sunday when I posted their press release on this thread a day before they released it.

I concur Qwerty123. Hey, Richard... It seems that you do not know anything about HOVRS. Very abviously, it is run by a hearing person. I have no idea how you got the idea that HOVRS is run by a deaf. You must heard way off the point. Come on.. Do not go away on vacation as you have a lot of things to learn so stay and learn from us.

still. Richard and his OCDAC agency has no bang, no influence, no teeth, no claws whatsoever to the deaf community when it comes to his promotion on the lawsuit.

i compare HOVRS and OCDAC together that lost the lawsuit to Soresnson.

richard and his flakey board of directors should crawl back to the cave of shame.

Regadring the fat checks, New Jersey School f/t Deaf was renamed to Marie Katenbach School f/t Deaf because of millions of dollars donation by a hearing woman. so, you call that exploition? :asshole:
