All of you pet lover people on here are great with coming up with Ideas. Is there a lot of other stuff to try as well? :hmm: Such as stuff that we should keep around the barn and house for an immediate emergency etc. What we should give in our first aid kits at all times, Trail ride and Hike emergencies, Anything you can think of.!? ;):):)

Here Mine...

For the vinegar to kill flies in the manure or dog poops. If you also spray the vinegar around barn or house doorways, less flies come in the barn or home too :):):) And it makes your barn or home may smell like Easter egg dye

I also buy gallons of generic listerine. I use that in spray bottles too...easier to use that way. I clean and disinfect buckets, waterers, feed tubs, etc with it. It great for wiping down bits after riding too. Just spray it on, wipe it back off. Works especially nice in feeders because the flies stop buzzing the empty feeders afterwards. :):):)

Pam oil cooking spray is great for standing water...after rains if you have standing puddles everywhere...spray the top with a little Pam. Bugs cannot breed in it, it kills the squitos that land on it and it prevents any squito larvae from maturing and flying away. And it's safe for animals to drink out of, won't bother the wildlife or pets.

Umm I am try think of another!

also Would like addition with Homemade food for animals too :p

Oh Also I keep a couple of maxi pads in my first aid kit for deep wounds. :o They are clean, and absorbant until the vet can get there to stitch. Never had to use them though (knock wood)! :giggle: :):)

If you want regular bath for your pets and please use baby shampoo or L’Oreal kids shampoo, since it doesn’t sting when it gets in your pet's eyes :):):)
