hi i was wondering where can i order my dog a hearing dog vest ive been looking everywhere for it with a package deal and that is actually legit to order online.

I'd contact the organization your got your hearing dog from.
 
i am going to train him and attend to training school as well along with the K9 good counsmoer (sp?) certification, i just want to order his vest now to avoid conflict while im training him

You'd still have to contact the training organizations to see if it's legal for you to have a "service dog in training" vest on a non-trained dog. You'll also need to find out what paperwork you need to have with you proving it's a service dog in a legitimate training program if you take the dog in 'service animal only" areas.
