i need to call a videophone, but i dont have one. is there a number i can call to get relay as a hearing person?

I am not sure I understand your question. If you are looking for a local number for your hearing relatives/friends to call you anytime, try IP-Relay.com or you could try SipRelay.com to have them dial the toll-free number and contact you by your AIM/ICQ screen name.
