Help: MS XP Disk Cleanup

I could not clean the Webclient/Publisher Temporary Files off. Does anyone know how to clean them off?

I also have tried to use Safe Mode. It still does not work...

I do appreciate your great efforts.

click My Computer
click right mouse button on c:
click Properties
click "Disk Clearup"

if not work mean it is promission for only Adminstrator

re-boot and hit "F8" and select "Mode Safe",
if not work mean it is promission too

Which kind of XP (Home Edtion, Prof Editon, or Media Center Edition?)

Home Edition.

Nope, it still not works.

Uh,oh...it came back.
I contacted Microsoft Support Team and they did cleaned up my computer via remote control. They found the problem and solve by manaul.

If you have any problem with your MS product, contact them at www.microsoft.com/support. They would fix your problem at no charge if you have new/updated Window system.

Lucky, I do not need to bring my computer to the tech support at the local computer store...
