Help - how to set up tty on treo

I have a palm treo 700w. I am hearing impaired and have lost much more hearing that I cannot use the phone to ear method anymore. I cant figure out how to use my cellphone - palm treo - as a tty. Does anyone know what I need to do to allow me to dial the relay service and type so I can make calls? Thanks in advance.

You'll need a TTY device such as Ameriphone Q-90D or Ultratec Compact/C TTY.

Note, however, that anybody who're deaf or severely hard-of-hearing does not use TTY anymore.
