:wave: Hi all I am new to this site. I am learning BSL and are now doing level III. I would like to meet new friends that use BSL as I feel that I dont have enough opportunity to be able to use my skills - or non skills LOL in this area. I am based in Nottingham - England. :D
 
:giggle:I now realise that most users on alldeaf use ASL which is great. Does anyone know how different ASL is to BSL?:hmm:

We have a few Englanders here. Maybe one will come across your introduction and you can find someone in England who wants to practice with you.

:D Thanks all for replying. That would be great to find someone from England but also great to talk anyway to people regardless of which Sign Language they use :D. I thought there would be a significant difference as when i see it on TV it looks very different and i can only pick up very few words.
