I'm confused what DefMATRIXense said and he said all PS3 games will make on blu-ray disc (BD-ROM).

I told him that's not true because I believe that most PS3 games will make on DVD-ROM (mostly on dual layer) then you can bring prove to him or both of them need figure out.

Well I'm pretty sure most of the PS3 games will be made on blu-ray since thats what Sony's most ulimate goal is always about. blu-ray!

Metal Gear Solid 4 will be made on blu-ray. The Darkness will be made on blu-ray. GTA4 will also be made on blu-ray. Because like you said, the blu-ray discs have more GBs than a DVD-rom disc would have. Thats part of why Sony chosed blu-ray over DVD-rom even though the PS3 would run with DVD-rom for DVD movies, but will run blu-ray for both games and movies as well.

There is one game will make in blu-ray disc.

I will name of this game only made in blu-ray disc right now.

Resistance: Fall of Man, will be first blu-ray game.

For blu-ray game will be cost around 80 to 100 dollars.

Developer Insomniac games spoke to MTV recently about their new Playstation3 game Resistance: Fall of Man. While normally this sort of post is left to the fine readers of Joystiq or other sites, of interest to the ongoing media war is that the game is scheduled to weigh in at 22 GB of data, putting it above the Xbox 360's DVD-drive capacity. Up until now, we weren't sure if games would actually use any of the extra space on a Blu-ray disc, or if it would just be a sort of Trojan horse for getting non-gaming media into the home entertainment setups of consumers.

Surely a good chunk on that disc is cutscenes or other non-gameplay data, but still, it's nice to see someone putting extra capacity to good use. We can think of all kinds of good things to fill up a disc with, perhaps making-of movies, behind-the-scenes clips, a video walkthrough or cheat guide, or TV trailers for the game, perhaps even hidden or extra levels or assets for you to add onto your game, or unlock using game play time or achievement points. Let's hope game developers of all platforms can think of some great uses for the extra storage on any of the next-generation media.

Holy shit, PS3 would going kill XBox 360 because BD have more space than DVD does.

Well if the PS3 games aren't going to be based on blu-ray then whats the point of putting a blu-ray drive in the PS3 system? That has got to be retarded, if you ask me.

...oooooor just use an extra disc for more space. Have they ever thought of that? Using an extra disc isn't going to kill you. Shenmue, Resident Evil (gamecube), Final Fantasy 7, etc...all uses extra discs and yet they were still pretty popular games.

Xbox 360 can live with DVD-ROM but no need worry about get ripped off from console war.

Possible that Sony will remake disc again for blu-ray. What if I already have a game and they make that game again to add more like more maps, more cars, etc.

I am sure that I will be disappointing and buy that game again. I am sure I won't buy it.

AND meant that I will have to wait until blu-ray games releases in 2 or 3 years or longer.
