back pain then throwing up? Man it happened to me earlier today after therphy.. i felt so sick.. threw up then had back pain. I took pain med.. its getting better. What do I have?

Drink alots of water, It will help.

We can't diagnose you. Only a doctor can do that, but it does sound like a kidney problem. I would strongly suggest you go to your doctor. You may have a kidney stone. That could cause vomiting, and they are very painful.
