Let's remember what Dr. King stood for, and what he fought for. He fought for civil rights, and peace. He also fought for voting rights, as well.

ADers, please have a safe and peaceful holiday tomorrow, and if you must travel, please be safe doing so, and allow extra time, if necessary.

(Early, I know......busy day tomorrow)

I was reading an article about why he marched and made the speech. Someone said that he was not using any of this (above first sentence) as he was giving the African Americans not to be afraid of white people. He wanted them to be free and not take any abusive or putting themselves in jail just because they are Blacks. White people only think about themselves and blamed the Blacks or any other colors on getting jobs. White people thought that Black people took their jobs. That was a crock because Blacks were not the only ones. The White people blame on Jewish people, too. White people have no respects and only show ignorance to people of different diversity. They are just jealous just because they want to have white privileges to get what they want. They think they have right to rules over anyone to do their bidding. **shaking my head**

White people never think about us, Native Americans, at all. We were here first on our sacred lands. Why are Whites so much hate and discriminate against all different colors? Geeze.

:birthday: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING. :birthday:

May Dr. King rest in peace. :(
