It's a big day for the publishers of the Harry Potter books. They've decided to unveil the covers of the new book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Both British and American covers are viewable today. The Canadian cover is the same as the British, except for the publisher's name. In Canada, it is Raincoast Books, not Bloomsbury.

I'm going to make an assumption based on the adult edition, Harry Potter will be taking the Advanced Potion-Making course after all. Of course, don't take my word for it. It's just an assumption since it seems obvious to me since it's on the cover of the adult edition.
Personally, I like the American edition... though I hope they do improve the look of the title. The colour purple doesn't look right to me. It's also the embossing that makes it look tacky. But they can fix that now before it's too late. Hopefully.
