Hey .. Guess What??? I called Sorenson Technical Support because I'm having problem with video phone. Anyway they forward me to a higher tech. Guess who was the technician I have spoken to? Ken Davis!!! He's a deaf webmaster for the Deaf Newspaper Online!!! I was shocked!!! It was so good to see him "onlive" to communicate with!

yeah .. he was cool tho. haha ... well he said my VP100 is no good and that I will need to have its replacement or get VP200. Hope I will get VP200 (finally).

Just wait and see when installer come by your place and replace the VP...

So I hope soon, or otherwise you'll go nut without VP!

yes, same to me. my VP100 was not good working, well! friends of mine told me, better VP200. I would get it in someday, too... then throw my VP100 out of windows LOL

I meet him at Deaf Expo two weeks ago. He is such hailarious!! ;)
 
I received an email from VP installer, he/she will try to set up an appointment for my area between Oct and Dec. Bummer I'm so used for waiting anyway.

Yes I heard VP200 is alot better then VP100. Let pray we both will get VP200 soon!
