Agreed. Email in general is the primary way of communicating in businesses. Whether Outlook, or Office365, email knowledge would be helpful in getting students prepared for what's out there.
If i walk through the building i work at, everyone has dual monitors, with one entire monitor dedicated to just Outlook.
