If democrats cant figure out why the lost in november well look at their buddy tom daschile. Hes out of the job because of his fillabusters and blocking the presidents energy plan. People are sick and tired paying $2 a gallon of gasolene. So democrats better go along with the president on drilling oil in alaska cause republicans promise theyre gonna start naming names who voted against the presidents energy plan to drill oil in alaska and GOP plans to spend big bucks on more election negitive campaign ads on democrats. Remember kerry humor negtive ad on high gas tax?

When we have our OWN oil we set the prices. What is OPEC Gonna do about it when we dont buy their oil? Its called competion. For example. Theres a resturant across the street and sells a $3 cheeseburger and i open my resturant and sell my cheeseburger for $1.50 where you think the customers gonna go to? You damn right theyre buy my cheeseburgers for $1.50 So when we drill oil in alaska say bye bye to OPEC.

BTW ravensteve, half of the country is FOR democrats, just as the other half is for republicans. therefore they will NEVER be voted out, and thank god for that, i cant imagine people like YOU being in charge. Our country wouldnt more than 2 months. 1 month even!


As for the gas prices, the gas price in england and other countries is over 5 USD dollars. and your crying about 2/3rds the price and they are not. your a crybaby.

yes it is high, but its not worth it to fret over yet
