Frightened Horrifying Experience

It was frightened horrifying experience for me TONIGHT!!!

Here is what happened...I went to Starbuck Coffee for Deaf Fellowship and I go there once a month to chat with older mature deafies...I dont hang around with deaf clubs or deaf activities but only go to starbuck coffee shop once a month...

Anyway, remember I told you all few days ago about the deaf man wants to kill me and that I reported to the police/D.A.??

Well, the deaf man and his wife showed up tonight! :jaw: I was very uncomfortable for him being there... they havent been to our starbuck coffee for many months then all of suddenly showed up tonight.. :confused: and :shock: and :Ohno:

My friends and I went outside for chat and smoking...the deaf man's wife came up to us and yelled at us..she accused me and my other friend about what the rumors told her about me and my friend...we were :ugh:

Then her husband walked up to us...he threatened me and my friend front of our friends...I walked away and he followed me...I told him repeatedly to leave me alone...he refused then I said I will call the police...and I know he plan to kill me...know what he said? he said he checked the police report and nothing were in there...then he said I was liar...

I kept walking away then went inside..I was shaking and had anxiety...so I kindly asked a hearing lady if she had cell phone with her...I explained my situation to her...she called the police...

The police came by..I talked to the police back in the parking lot not too close to the starbuck coffee shop...I explained to the police that I had already filed report against the deaf man last week so forth...

When the police was searching for him...I saw the deaf man was walking away..but the police caught him and told the deaf man to LEAVE! The police told me they all left...I asked him to please add the report in my case...he said he will...I was relieved then went back to chat with my friends for awhile...

Right now, I am feeling overwhelmed about this tonight...I am depressed right now because I dont know if these police department will take it seriously or not...Will the police take it seriously? Will they do something about it? This is serious of matter!!!

I dont want to be murdered...I am extreemly scared of this man! He has quick hot tempered and that scares me!
 
Oh man.. it must have been scary for you! Why don't you put restraining order against him if it makes you feel better? And for you to be protected and safe?
 
Oh brother, this guy doesn't seem to let up does he? You are there having a good time with your friends, and then he and his wife start trouble with you and your friends? Where on earth was his wife when he was following you before you called the police? You can either get a "no contact order" against the both of them, or like FelixKat said "a restraining order". Make sure you get it on the both of them, so neither one of them can bother you again. Because once they break that order, off to jail they go!!! Get in touch with the police again in the morning and inquire about both those orders. Good luck!!! :hug:
 
I swear I have been through a similar thing, but it wasn't toward me and it was a deaf friend who was scared for her life because of a guy and I tried to help her out, only to be told afterwards by the police that I was inventing and making the whole scenario up and being a lier.

Why some deaf people love to do this is just absolutely beyond me!
And believe me it really does wreck your nerves because I remember that night feeling completely like a peice of shit! That was years ago and I moved away from that city, those friends liked to use me as a bouncing ball and ping-pong - I couldn't decide who was telling the truth, and blah blah blah and now they all seem to be great friends again! I don't even care to know why, or remember!

I am reading a great book now, it's called "The Four Agreements", if you get a chance pick it up at the Library. I really think this guy is just playing with you, because you didn't deserve it right? And either this guys seriously crazy and they love to play with people, and some deaf people have some fascination with this, believe me they do! Why I don't know! And I don't even care to know! I don't even like thinking about it!

But for you to feel stressed, I mean sure there's no doubt it's gonna happen, and maybe this guy knows it because he knows he's playing games with these people he's probably done it so many times before...

I don't have any answers, I mean if you happen to know someone who knows a judge or know someone in the law system who's deaf, ask them what to do!
Hopefully there's a deaf lawyer in your city!
