While talking to another member of the Deaf community, I mentioned how many captioned documentaries there are on YouTube. There are literally hours of entertainment. The only thing is they take a bit of searching to find.

Here's a few documentaries to start with:

Captioned in native English

The Cell (BBC)

Growing Up in the Universe

Darwins Dangerous Idea (BBC)

The Incredible Human Journey (BBC)

The Genius Of Charles Darwin (Channel 4)

The Brain Our Universe (Discovery Channel)

Use the inbuilt translator to get English

wow, :ty: for sharing this Souggy, I'm very curious!

My favourite is "Nice Guys Finish First". It is incredibly boring, but it's my favourite because it's science against Ayn Rand.

"The Incredible Human Journey" is epic too, but it's a bit outdated only because there's some new admixture data in the last few years. Still made me proud of being human nonetheless.
