Try the 'Medieval Feastwich" for the Viking warriers. Tempting, nutritious, and delicious.
5 easy to find items:
sleve of pretzel trays
5 lb blocks of cheap cheddar cheese in 8 oz slices
cases of mild 4" sausages
squaw loaves thick 2" sliced
box of popsicle sticks
On the pretzel tray will be a loaf of squaw bread with an 8 oz slab of cheese on it and a hot sausage atop the cheese with a popsticle stick holding the sausage and cheese into the loaf. That's it. Easy!
People will easily figure out the way the Vikings ate these sandwiches.
At $7.00 each they flew off like hotcakes at the local rennaissance faire
last weekend. You can easily bring the cost down close to a buck per serving. Easy fundraise!
And make your sandwich display look like an offering to Thor the god of thunder.
Have fun!
