Flasher issue on Sorenson VP200

I don't know if this has been discussed here before.

The Sorenson VP200 device that I have does not flash whenever one is calling here. I have done everything I could think to fix the problem - this included a full reset (a big mistake on that part) I had to contact Sorenson to reset the password (I know the password, but they must have done something to keep people from changing anything on the devices.) After this, I tested it calling the call-back number, I told the guy at Sorenson (via E-mail) about the flasher thing, he has not gotten back with me since Thursday.

My friend told me yesterday that when she was calling me, she had gotten this dialing box that was stuck for few seconds.

Would any of you know what the problem is or is there a way I could get this to function again?

What brand name of router and modem? I m former Sorenson installer/trainer
I think that you better contact Sorenson Support at 801-287-9403 anytime today.

Thanks. I am looking at the installmation guide... it is Netgear 54 Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter WG111x2.
 
You might want to replace new VP? Contact Sorenson...

I think that may exchange another one. Contact Sorenson Support at first. They will send service ticket to some installer for him.
 
Hi, the most likely cause of problem is either router or modem. If you replace router then it is 99.99% for sure it is router and trying to change any settings on VP will make your problem bigger. Sometimes Internet companies have upgraded your modem software without your knowledge and it will disable firewall settings on your modem resulting can't take incoming calls! It is very rare that the VP itself is the problem.

If not sure, call 801.287.9403 or E mail to VRSsupport@sorenson.com they are open 24 hours a day, do not expect instant reply though E mail.
