Two local social service agencies are moving to new locations during the next two weeks.
The House Next Door will close its office at West Voorhis in DeLand on Tuesday The eight staff members in that office will be absorbed into the agency's other five locations. There will still be offices at 804 N. Woodland Blvd. and 121 W. Pennsylvania in DeLand as well as locations in Deltona, Port Orange and Flagler County.

The House Next Door provides community-based services such as marriage and family therapy; teen and parent programs and community drug prevention. For more information, call (386) 764-7571.

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Volusia and Flagler Counties Inc. is relocating its offices, as of June 6, from 116 S. Palmetto Ave., to 1219 Dunn Ave., Daytona Beach, in the office complex of Easter Seals of Volusia and Flagler Counties. The phone number for Deaf and Hard of Hearing remains unchanged at (386) 257-1700 or TTY (386) 257-3600.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services provides information and referral services, interpreting, advocacy and education, special needs services and specialized telephone equipment services.
