Since I noticed Greenspan increase interest rates
and others were talking about 401K no longer worth etc...
we might need this new forum to share, educate and discuss
anything related to money including retirement,
real estate, investments, pensions, etc...
 
I actually enjoy reading topics regarding investment, real estate and such at other forums. Might as well create a forum for these topics here at AllDeaf.

Hey, this sure sounds like a very interesting concept to create! I'm sure there are many of us that might not be aware of certain elements or tactics that can be helpful and useful in regards to finances situations....great idea 'Y'! :thumb:

oh great thanks ! i'm not a real leader myself,
but i just go with the flow if they want to talk
or learn/share something about finance.. it's a
very broad thing including real estate, investments,
taxes, insurance, 401K, retirements, etc
for example, i just learned recently
from my Mom went through florida hurricanes...
most homeowner insurance do NOT cover anything related
to these hurricanes ! You need to purchase
insurance thru National Flood Insurance Program
because most homeowners insurance almost never
pays for damage caused by floodwater.
