Remember the torture of the iraqi prisoners? They should not be charged ether. Thats because general tommy franks order them court martialed.And president bush fired him! General Donald Ryder at least is standing up to our soldiers. Just like israels military soldiers will never be court martial for shooting an inocent 10 year old girl. So if israel military soldiers are always justified so should our military soldiers.

I dont think our men should ever be court martaled if al queda doesnt disapline their men! Like the Beheaddings.Thats the same as hitler killing jews.And you saw what the UN trail did to those nazi soldiers for obeying hitlers orders. So what is the UN gonna do to al queda for those innocent beheadings? So if al queda actions are justified so are the marines.
