Ferguson Police Chief Resigns Following DOJ Report

Just read that 2 police officers shot while protest erupted. When will it all end peacefully?

Predictable... Until they quit performing police state.

Was not surprised as the problems started way years back, and its at community breaking point.

Secret to peaceful? Everybody, including cops needs quit going above the law.

Yes, I agree and had posted this to that people are people are a breaking
point . I saw this happen in Boston in the 60's and 70's . A Play called 'Riot'
was written after a young Black boy was shot and killed in the streets.
The polices need to gain the trust of the communities and that is going to take a lot of work and trust.

Thank you for giving me more clearance on knowing what is happening in Ferguson, Missouri.

I don't like the police officers get the benefit of privilege of not going to jail (not referring to the police officers being shot but other officers who had shot and kill unarmed black civilians) for what they have done. That is what make Black people angry because they think that police officers get away with no justice and less trials.

Black people who is or may be innocent had to be sent to prison or jail for something they did not commit. There are lots of Black people and Native Americans including other diverse people more than white people.

We all get upset and hurt by this behaviors of the State Police and the Court System. That is why we need to change to make our citizens feeling safe and not be mistaken for who we are to the paranoid Police officers.

The person(s) are upset about Wilson being let go and having him be retire or resign from the police force. He is still free on the street. There is no justice. So I see what is happening which cause the gunman or gunmen to shoot the two officers without warning. Yeah, there are other people crowded there with the officers. I am glad that the police officers was not killed. But still it is a warning to let the police stations know that they can not tolerated police officers getting off without going to jail every time police officers shot and kill an innocent black person for no reason.

Police officers think they are more superior over us and don't think about human life at all. No feelings for common people. :(
 
Michael Brown’s mom says something awful about the two cops shot in Ferguson

Michael Brown’s mother decided to put her classless attitude on full display for the world to see when she made a comment on Facebook about the recent shooting of two police officers in Ferguson.


As you can imagine, what she had to say wasn’t pretty, and not long after leaving the comment, she took her page down.

Here’s what she said.

“If my FAM woulda got JUSTICE in August maybe those two comps wouldn’t have got shot LAST NIGHT…”

“F*** THEM 2 COPS..DON’T GOT NO SYMPATHY FOR THEM OR THEY FAMILIES…Aint no FUN when the Rabbit got the GUN.”


Way to keep it classy, McFadden.

I understand she’s hurt and angry over her son’s death, and she has every right to be. The problem is who she’s directing her hostilities toward.

A cop isn’t what killed her son. His bad choices did. Period.

Being angry with police and spewing hatred on social media isn’t going to change that, nor is it going to make others sympathetic to the concerns she and her family claim to have about race relations in America.

Instead, it makes her appear to be a vindictive, cruel, mean person who just wants revenge and is willing to take out her rage on innocent people.

Perhaps she’ll come to her senses and make a statement apologizing for what she said about these officers. Highly unlikely, but at times, I do try to give folks the benefit of the doubt.

After read DOJ's report, I'm no longer respect to city police unless they are becoming elected official so I believe that police chief should be elected by voters instead of mayor or city council, even I believe local judges should be elected too.
