Family: Amanda Knox won't return to Italy for new trial - CNN.com

Oh wow, I don't think she will extradite to Italy for retrial because of our constitution that ban on double jeopardy. I'm not sure if US will respect their own constitution or Italy constitution.

She won't stand trial again, and the US government won't make her. She's as guilty as hell in my opinion, but even if the Italain Govt request she be extradited, the US will never agree to it.
