Extended life battery???

In my case it's for Verizon Stratosphere phone. It's rather generalized question on whether battery is worth the money.

Trust me, I don't need waste money on another battery for more mAh since my iPhone 4's battery is 1420 mAh and it's last 2-3 days. I am very happy with it.

4000mah is very long to recharge battery. Mine iPhone got full recharge from 5% to 100% in around 1 hour.

Most Android sucks battery life more than iPhone. Did you know that?

Again, Depend what you set it up like bluetooth, GPS, 3G/4G, stand by, lcd brightness, built-in qwerty (yes, built-in qwerty and touchscreen are drain battery than touchscreen only due more LED for built-in qwerty's background), size of LCD, etc, etc.

Also, Most extended life battery are "fat" than OEM battery then that's mean extended life battery won't fit in the most case cover.

I have known that Androids were battery suckers. I didn't know it used up a lot more battery than I phone. I should've gotten an I phone. Oh well.

I mostly use it for internet surfing, E mailing, and posting items to sell. I don't use Facetime or ZVRS on phone.

My daughter bought one . She uses her phone to Skype me, and she uses it as a mobile hotspot, both of which use lots of battery, plus she uses it as a tool at work in the hospital.

She thought the cost was well worth it as it will now last all day.

There's some criticism that aftermarket batteries can damage the life of the phone, this experience may vary from individual to individual.

dereksbicycles, you should try an app called "Battery monitor widget" and find out your idle mA values. If you're rooted you can adjust your current flow with the right kernel and SVS implementation, but if you're stock you can't do much. If it's too high, you might have some background tasks/apps sucking juice out of your phone.

Here's some examples of current batt life I get out of it, my idle drain is at -9mA the lowest. Most phones/stock androids do -20 to -40mA when idle.

It's iPhone, Not I phone. "i" is no cap.
