[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oNUNs2nWHY]YouTube - Everyone (even Deaf) Deserves Music![/ame]

From the YT page........

Recently, there have been MANY videos that have been removed, muted, or audioswapped because WMG has been pressuring YouTube with copyright infringement claims. However, we think that when we sign music into ASL, it is considered Fair Use. We are not looking to make money. Our videos allow Deaf people to enjoy music, an audience that the music industry has more or less ignored for its entire history. Signing a song into ASL is tranformative, rather than translative, an the signs add extra meaning to the words. These videos are educational because it spreads awareness of the Deaf community and the beautiful language that is ASL. Our ASL videos do not detract from the sales of the song; rather, they are free advertising! I have purchased many albums from artists I have never heard of before until running across one of their songs in an ASL video--and I'm sure many people who subscribe to music Signers have done the same. Support the music, support the movement. allyballybabe has a video with a link to a petition she has started: (see page)
Please watch the video and sign the petition (remember to be professional, or else your signature may be removed!)

Also, be sure to check out all of the wonderful people who helped me with this video. In order of appearance, we are:
