Hi, it is not original closed closed boxes that just convert audio words into visual words, but to enchanted the words that words itself on tv that is too fast, delay, early from any audio response on tv. But shouldn't add words or delete words, but can enchanted, by make it last longer, or put words that nearby or match the person or any audio's time. Any audio as a words that speak out from dog, tv, or anything is an audio. It should match it. Even when it convert from commercial to tv show immediately, closed caption doesn't show up most of time. And in less time, closed caption is too fast or delay or something. Basically, it doesn't always happen, but it happens, which it shouldn't. And an extra, can put different language, so people that is foreign can read it, so don't have to wait. And can set foundation rule for it. For example, an 'I' that last 3000 millisecond, and as I will always have that kind of time, so it can change to 300 millisecond as it always have it. An example of foundation rule, any foundation rule is good. Always on voice or very nearby audio's voice and how long words stays and other stuff. So, perfect closed caption every time. That will work on dvr, live show, recorded show that is dvd or dvr. Can be better at any situation, not exactly situation, in refer to tv. Is there an device like that or haven't been invent. If haven't, know a person or website so I can let that person know so can invent it. It is good to have for individual, instead of depending on group of people or company. Cause the individual that is watching and it is deaf is more likely to care what the individual want, instead of company that will change to make it better. And it is faster for if there is any problem, the individual as your device can make it better. Like if there is a problem in download closed caption with download show, can make it better with subtitle workshop, it is an example so you can understand. It will be excellent for deaf. And can ya put sticky so deaf can know about it as it is essential for enjoyment as it can be improved.
